Essential Job Functions:
- Monitor and track shipping/receiving parts from outsource vendors - Verify receipt on due date from outsourcing suppliers - Monitor and verify receipt of purchased parts on due date - Monitor outsource component inventories at the vendor and in house to prevent shortages - Monitor purchased component inventories to prevent shortages - Establish due dates for outsourced components - Follow up on hot parts deliveries - Maintain outsourced component tracking sheet and purchased part delivery sheet - Report any and all concern items and possible concern items to PC Manager/Coordinator - All other duties assigned by manager Critical Success Factors:

Required:
High school diploma or GED Preferred:
Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
Excellent oral and written communication skills, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) literate and ability to maintain organized records Preferred:
Knowledge of Production Control department functions.
